New Block Ice Plant comprises all components in one as conventional brine block ice plant.

Introduction :

This is the intergrated ice making machine, we compact all units in one as conventioal brine block ice plant, e.g. refrigeration unit, brine pool, thawing pool, water filler, crane and so on.

 

the process is same as the brine block ice plant, first freeze the brine; second the cold brine will freeze the fresh water in ice can, after the ice is frozen in ice can, take it out by crane, putting them in the thawing pool, dumping ice out.

 

it is important that we intergrated them all in unit. and can be put in one container.

 

Features:

• the ice block can be 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 25kg etc, or according to your reuqirements. 
• the capacity is depend on your requirements.    
• ice can can be galvanized steel or stainess steel 304.       
• the condenser's cooling type: air cooled or water cooled is optional.
• PLC automatic controlled.   
• can be containerized  .       
• Bitzer or Copeland compressor.          
• Danfoss refrigeration valves .      
• Manual or Motor drive overhead crane.
