features:

1)     We employ HACCP theory; inner design has advantages of convenient cleaning and maintenance, and easy management, which can make sure food stage hygienic standard;

2)     We adopt the new generation of thermal wave blowing technology which improves freezing efficiency;

3)     That unique liquid supply, air return and different distances between fins, improves heat exchange efficiency, prolongs defrosting time and saves water for defrosting;

4)     SUS304 stainless steel net belt, and the width of net belt can be made according to different requirements;

5)     Single net belt & Double net belt/ Single Band Belt & Double Band Belt available;

6)     For conveyor belt, we adopt expanded structure to prevent the belt from being loose or turning over;

7)     The insulation cabinet is composed of foamed PU panel which has efficient insulation. Totally enclosed type and insulation can used for in-feed part and out-feed part, to prevent from refrigeration leaking, and to save energy;

8)     Double drive devices are used for in-feed /out-feed, and spheroidal graphite casting is used for drive wheel of band belt;

9)     Ice scraper is used at in-feed, which can help avoid damaging band belt because of ice;

10)  We adopt modular design, so that the freezer can be quickly assembled at local worksites. All frames, plates, chain wheel and axes are all made of stainless steel SUS304;

11)  Both inside and outside of cabinet are made of stainless steel SUS304,which is beautiful and hygiene. The cabinet is filled PU foam, and has good insulation property.

12)  Well-sealed door, double sides made of stainless steel, built-in electrical heating fuse, so that it can be easily opened during the production process.

13)  Both sides of cabinet set access door, its convenient to  maintain and  clean.
