fluidization freezer IQF 

features:

1) IQF freezing and chilling of vegetables, fruits and seafood. Through the mechanical vibrating and air blowing to make the product fluidized on the belt, to prevent products from sticking together, to achieve the Individually Quick Freezing(IQF).

2) With a two-stage cascade belt freezing process, each belt has an individual speed control, providing optimum freezing for specific product;

3) Choose the fan of suitable type, size and number to ensure the air volume and pressure, SS304 centrifugal fans, antirusting and easy to clean;

4) The evaporator has a large face area and wide fin spacing on the air inlet side for long holding hours between defrosts;

5) Automatic control system and frequency conversion technology are adopted, belt speed can be adjusted without stage. All electrical parts are advanced;

6) Belt cleaner and dryer device;

7) All structure are made of SS304, with enough inside space, easy to clean and maintain. No hidden area;

8) Capable of small quantity or short time freezing products. Based on the belt type, we have wire belt and band  belt  Freezer.
